These messages may impersonate Flag Theory staff or claim to be recruiters acting on our behalf.

To clarify, all legitimate communication from Flag Theory follows strict protocols:

  • We do not work with external recruiters.
  • We only communicate through official @flagtheory.com email addresses.
  • Our interview process involves at least two video calls with Flag Theory management before any offer is extended.
  • We never request personal information (e.g., ID documents, tax info, banking details) before the interview process is fully completed and an offer has been accepted.

Help Us Investigate

If you’ve received a suspicious message, we’d greatly appreciate your help. Please send us:

  • A copy of the email correspondence
  • The email address(es) that contacted you
  • The job platform or website where you were first contacted or where your details may have been obtained

This will help us report the matter to relevant email providers and job platforms to prevent further abuse.
