To bring an action against a business incorporated in Nevis, the creditor would need to hire a local lawyer licensed in Nevis and post a cash bond with the court. In addition, attorneys in Nevis are prohibited from working on contingency. The creditor must pay for all legal services up front and in full.

In the Island of Nevis, the two most common corporate structures are the Business Corporation (IBC), incorporated under the Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance (NBCO), and the Limited Liability Company (LLC), registered under the Nevis Limited Liability Company Ordinance (NLLCO).
Nevis Company (IBC/LLC) Formation and First-Year Fees – USD 2,150.00 (All Included)
Note that our incorporation and annual corporate service fees are “all-included fees”, and cover all the required services to incorporate a Nevis Company, and keep it in good standing, as well as government fees and duties, disbursements such as courier fees, and assignments such as the preparation of a certificate of incumbency, and the notarization and apostille of documents, which are generally required for opening bank accounts.
Nevis Limited Liability Company (LLC)
- All applicable Registration and Government Fees (Nevis Registrar of Companies and Trusts)
- Acting as the Organizer of the Limited Liability Company
- Preparing the Articles of Organization, and filing them with the Registrar
- Preparing the company Operating Agreement, and executing it as the Organizer on behalf of the Member(s)

- Preparing and executing the Assignment of Organizational Rights from the Organizer to the Member(s)
